aggregating perfmonitor stats

Has anybody come up with a way to write the perfmonitor stats to a remote 
machine (through syslog or some other method)?  If I could do that, I 
could then run them through Andreas' perfmon graph script 
(http://people.su.se/~andreaso/perfmon-graph/) and have a nice output on 
the central management station for all sensors.

I know I could achieve this with scp and a cron job, but I was looking for 
something a little more elegant.
