Disable snort rules in Snortcenter

Hi all,

how could I deactivate some snort rules by using snortcenter? Furthermore, I'm having some problems when I start the 
snortcenter sensor : my snort.conf file is always overwritten by snort.eth0.conf. Any clue in how to resolve this?
