BASE 0.9.8

Hi-

I would just like to let everyone know that the BASE project has
released the next version, 0.9.8.  This version includes a number of bug
fixes and feature enhancements.  We have added PHP 5 support as promised
and have a work user authentication system.  We have also included the
look and feel proposed by Walter B.  We have tried to include every
feature and bug fix proposed by the community and would appreciate any
and all feedback.
