reload sensor remotely, on Win32

As the title says...what kind of script do you use for that purpose ?

My sensors will likely be on a workstation not part of any domain.

I just started to do some google, I just saw that there was a vbs script called "services.vbs" which can do the 
trick...I'm going to look that way, but if anyone has a good idea to share, please let me know.
