problems with chats (icq, jabber, gadu gadu)

My chat.rules does not detect any of the folowing chats:
icq, jabber, gadu gadu.
Why ? What is the problem ? I used gaim for tests.

This is chat.rules from the latest rules update,
downloaded on 2007-08-06 and labeled 1.35 2006/10/11 20:05:58.
My chat.rules is attached.
