Hi,
I'm using ubuntu 2.9.2 on virtualbox 4.1.10 to configure snort 2.9.2.
I did follow the manual posted online to configure it but it involves
lots of directory changes and also two network cards to be configured.
I just want snort to get running  on virtual box so that I can use it
in my project for writing a preprocessor plugin.
It would be great if you guide me.
Thank you!
I look forward to your reply.
