Problem with stream4 Preprocessor

Anyone can help me to solve problem with stream4 Preprocessor? I installed snort 2.9.22 and configured with Stream4 
preprocessor option enable. But, I had error "Unknown preprocessor: "stream4" and I couldn't locate file spp_stream4.c 
anywhere. Anyone can help me to solve this problem?
