Virtualbox setting for snort

Hi All,
Good Day!

i have installed snort 2.9.3.1 on Ubuntu 12.04 64bit.
i follow this guide:

my problem is, can i setup both Virtual box network to use bridged adapter
using a single physical NIC on my laptop.
Anyone have install snort on virtualbox? Can u share with me how you do the
networking part.
