Upgraded snort.conf and no bpf?

I recently upgraded my snort.conf to the latest version as posted on the
site.  However, it turns out my bpf file is not being processed like it was
in the older version.  Instead of rolling back, I wanted to see if anyone
else has had a similar problem?
