If you change the dynamic preprocessor in your Snort config file (snort.conf) from

/usr/local/lib/snort_dynamicpreprocessor

To

/usr/local/snort/lib/snort_dynamicpreprocessor

Does it work?

 /usr/local/lib/snort_dynamicpreprocessor -> /usr/local/snort/lib/snort_dynamicpreprocessor
