Your problem is checksum offloading.  When I fixed the pcap:

        [1:7209:16] OS-WINDOWS DCERPC NCACN-IP-TCP srvsvc NetrPathCanonicalize overflow attempt (alerts: 1)
        [1:1390:11] INDICATOR-SHELLCODE x86 inc ebx NOOP (alerts: 1)

How I fixed it:

tcprewrite -C -i ms08-067.pcap -o fixed_ms08-067.pcap
