Confusion about SID 25282

Hi guys,

customer asked for SID 25282 which is disabled in version 2.9.3.1 (see 
here 
<http://www.snort.org/vrt/docs/ruleset_changelogs/2_9_3_1/changes-2013-02-05.html>) 
but not disabled in our current version 2.9.5.

Why was the rule only skipped in the previous version?
