Jutichai,

I copied / pasted what you sent and I was able to test the config with “snort –T” and it exited without error.

So something else must be wrong with your setup. Please provide the entire config file or review the snort manual for 
examples.

I also include the global settings for stream as well.
I attached my strem5 configuration into this mail. I configure my snort  as your stream5 configuration but I still get 
the same error.
