Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks,

What's the issue? The syslog entry? Normal at startup with Snort if
you have rsyslog rate-limiting on. Comment out:

$RepeatedMsgReduction on

in your rsyslog.conf if you want to see all the messages.
