Snort IP blacklist issue (Pulledprok)

Hi guys,
I have an issue with my PulledPork's installation ! 
When i try this command, i've got this error message : 
sudo /usr/local/bin/pulledpork.pl -c /etc/snort/pulledpork.conf -l
