Writing a Snort rule

Hi Snort users;


I'm learning about Snort. I need to design a Snort rule that would alert investigator if a suspected criminal performs 
these actions:

- Downloads an executable
- Uploads a pdf or Microsoft Word document

How can I write it? Please help if you can. Thanks a lot.
