Last call for issues in Pulledpork 0.7.3

I believe all of the major issues have been addressed in the latest
master branch. If you are still having any major issues using
Pulledpork to update any signature set running under Snort or
Suricata, please open up an issue on github so it will be addressed in
the 0.7.3 release.
