Talos Snort Subscriber Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
Talos has added and modified multiple rules in the browser-firefox,
browser-ie, exploit-kit, file-image, file-other, file-pdf, malware-cnc,
os-windows, protocol-dns, protocol-telnet and server-webapp rule sets
to provide coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
