detecting Psiphon using Snort

[Biruk Desalegn via Snort-users <snort-users () lists snort org>]

I have installed snort and its working fine, but i want to try to detect
some vpn traffic specially Psiphon , is there any rule for detecting
Psiphon or can you help me how i can achieve that?
