Fedora snort install

Thanks Joel for the extremely detailed and comprehensive install document
for Fedora. Having run it, I have found a couple of minor issues that might
prove as minor hurdles.

Missing library luaJIT. Install using luajit*

Also need to md /etc/snort && md /etc/snort/rules
before tar
And tar should be
tar -xvzf community-rules...
