is libpcap reentrant?

Is libpcap reentrant?  In particular, on a machine with multiple
interfaces, I'd like to have a thread listening to each interface
rather than a process listening to each interface.  Can libcap do
this?

I see that pcap_compile is reentrant, but I don't see comments one way
or the other about the other functions.
