Bounce diagrams

Does anyone know of software that can produce bounce diagrams based on
libpcap or WinPCap? A customer of ours is interested in NetCalibrator with
bounce diagrams. We use libpcap on linux and WinPCap on windows with the
same code base aside from a very few #ifdef's.
