Proposal: "between" operator

Hi network wizards :)

What do you think about extending "port NN" clause to:
port [<|>|<=|>=] NN
port N1..N2

I looked through the code and did some prototyping, it seams not too difficult 
to implement.
If there is an interest I could try it.
