MAC address and pcap_findalldevs()

Hi everyone!

1. I need to know if there is any function in libpcap which retrieves all 
available devices on the system like pcap_findalldevs() in wpcap.

2. Is there any way to get the MAC address of the adapter using libpcap?

PS: this probably doesn't belong here but does anyone know a good libnet 
tutorial?
