Actually, as tcpdump and libpcap have SourceForge sites, we might be 
able to build on Solaris 9:

although I don't know whether they have Sun C or just GCC.  HP might 
want to think about getting some PA-RISC and IA-64 machines running 
HP-UX into the compile farm (and maybe donate another old Alpha running 
Tru64 - people still use it...).
