[PATCH] fix for sscanf return code check in pcap-usb-linux.

the attached patch, which was originally provided by Kris Katterjohn
(kjak () users sourceforge net) via the web interface, fix a couple of
wrong return code check in the usbmon parsing. 

Can you please give it a review ?!?
