Double incoming packets [libpcap]

Hi!
I applied such filter to my sniffer:
"tcp and port 8071"

The problem is that, outgoing packets are fine, they are captured one
time, but incoming packets are captured twice and they are interpreted
two times. Why is that? How to make it work properly?
