bpf down

The machine that bpf.tcpdump.org has been running on, has been dying.
The machine is not yet dead, but it won't start the bpf guest anymore.
I brought a spare machine online last night,  and I'll be moving things
over today.

My appologies for the delay --- July 15 was a release day at my day job.
