Depends on if you're going to get your next door neighbors kid, a free
lance consultant or some big name web development house to do it.
Depends on how fancy/pretty you want it.  Depends on a lot of things
really.  None of which has anything to do with tcpdump though.

You'd be better off asking somewhere else where people discuss web
development things though.
