[libpcap] Uninitialized scalar variable

Hello,

I do computer security studies and I wanted to test Coverity, a source 
code analysis tool. If you're interested, I corrected a problem in 
/pcap-linux.c/ file: uninitialized variable (/req.tp_frame_size/).
