I've picked LINKTYPE_USB_DARWIN/DLT_USB_DARWIN because 1) if the header is OS-specific, we've put the OS name at the end (e.g., {LINKTYPE,DLT}_USB_LINUX and {LINKTYPE,DLT}_USB_FREEBSD) and 2) the Apple TV models have USB ports, too :-). Does this look correct and complete?
