The best way to do this is to disable bootkeys and the floppy disk. Pressing F8 or the left control button will bring up the boot menu so file access is always available unless these features are specifically disabled. I think this is a bad thread - Win 9X was never intended to be secure. With the amount of effort needed to tie the box down get Win NT - it was made with *ahem* security in mind.
