I think this is a little off topic for VULN-DEV, but anyway I have also seen
this with the followin set-up:

[Outlook Version]
Outlook 2000

[Primary Account]
POP3

[Secondary Account Account]
Exchange

[Problem]
If someone selects a mail account from there personal address and it is SMTP
it will go via the outbound SMTP server specified in the POP3 config. If
someone types in 'noone () somwhere org' it will go via the Exchange account.

[Solution]
None as of yet.
