I'v looked at a few w2k telnet exploits , they all seemed to work very well.
As I', sure it should be a strandard accross the board to run telnet off now.
I belive they exploits overflow telnet then bind an cmd to an port for you.
Might be worth trying. I'll try to post the code I have later today.
