tried it with PowerPoint 2000, but could not open that file !?

looking at the strings inside that file I would guess
this is some kind of Tantra thing. there's also at least
one JPG file embedded, looks like a building in India :)

IMHO this is just another silly chain letter thing...
it's always good to be a little suspicious about unexpected
attachments, but in this case there's nothing wrong with it :)
