Are you sure you have view all files/folders option turned on? If not theres a bunch of stuff you wont see. On 9/11/01 11:10 PM, "Justin Smith" <trypn0tik () runbox com> wrote:
My computer is running Windows98 (_NOT_ Second Edition) I was downloading some fonts today and by accident, I extracted them to C:\Windows\FONTS\Fonts. Oh well, no biggie, I'll just copy/paste them from C:\Windows\FONTS \Fonts to C:\Windows\FONTS . I go into C:\Windows\FONTS and don't see the directory, but if, in the address bar I type in C:\Windows\FONTS\Fonts, it takes me there. This could prove to be a big problem for people who have open shares, as people could hide files in your filesystem without you knowing where they are.
