I have developed a free/open source web application firewall,
Guardian () JUMPERZ NET.

Features:

   - Published as open source code( GNU/GPL )
   - Written in pure Java for cross platform portability and buffer overflow free
   - Work with all web servers, including Apache, IIS
   - Flexible rule description by the regular expression
   - Flexible filtering by eight kinds of rules
   - Flexible customization by plugins
   - Log HTTP requests ( including POST payload ) and HTTP responses
   - It is possible to treat two or more rules as one rule
   - HTTPS(SSL) is supported
   - Support Keep-Alive connection
