Just wanted to let you know this weeks OWASP Java security column explains how to build an HTTP request validation 
framework and includes sample code called Stinger.

Stinger will eventually move into a section of OWASP we will probably call OWASP labs, a loose collection of smaller 
projects that may or may not be maintained.

Its a great article and well worth a read.
