There is a Firefox extension that might be able to do this:

I haven't used it for much yet so I can't be sure.

I think Fiddler might be able to do this.  It's a proxy of sorts from
Microsoft.  Though I don't know if that would be an option (it is a
proxy and it only runs on Windows if that is an issue)
