I would agree with Theo. That machine is so slow it would hinder them more 
than help them.

This is useless. It's like offering a 386.

Because you offered him useless hardware and he responded as such. I bought 
a pair of similar HP's for $50 and ended up throwing them out because they 
were so painfully slow.
