sniffer newbie: network latency : output questions

Looking at expert info what is are these errors?
T.38 'Malformed Packet (Exception *occurred*)'
FF 'Malformed Packet (Exception *occurred*)'
X11 'Malformed Packet (Exception *occurred*)'



IN shooting the issue how does this look:

notes:
