The problem is, there's no fake dialup/vpn adapter in the list. 2010/4/5 Gianluca Varenni <gianluca.varenni () cacetech com>
Which adapter were you picking in wireshark to capture PPPoE traffic? PPPoE can generally be captured in two points (on windows XP): - on the ethernet card itself, and you will see PPPoE packets - on the Generic Dialup/VPN adapter, and you will see (fake) ethernet packets plus a bit of signalling (LCP) Have a nice day GV ___________________________________________________________________________ Sent via: Wireshark-users mailing list <wireshark-users () wireshark org> Archives: http://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-users Unsubscribe: https://wireshark.org/mailman/options/wireshark-users mailto:wireshark-users-request () wireshark org ?subject=unsubscribe
