speex RTP

Hi all!

I have a problem with rtp stream analyzer, i' m useing speex codec 8000hz sample rate and vbr. I see "0" in delta 
column every rows instead of the real delta values. Everything fine with PCMA, g711, g729, gsm... but speex.

I tried the 1.2.2 and 1.2.6 and 1.3.2 dev versions... Same result, no delta values

Can anybody help me with this problem?
