Thanks a lot Jeff for your prompt reply but here are my comments:

Regarding the SS7oTDM Wireshark Capture setup, please see the reply from
Utelsystems:

Unfortunately, we are no longer supporting WinPcap and Ethereal/Wireshark.

So, if you would like to use our E1/T1 PCMCIA card (or ExpressCard for newer
notebook computers) for SS7 monitoring, you will also need our STINGA SS7
Monitor application.

Prices:

- STINGA SS7 Monitor: USD 8,962.00

- PIST-2MP-PRO PCMCIA: USD 2,772.00

For the Custom Columns, the display filters helped me much but the only
filter that i didn't find is the CIC:PCM/TS filter (in messages like
Assignment Request/Block/BLA/UNBLO/UNBLA) :))) any ideas???

Thanks for your help

Dears,

I'm a new Wireshark user and i have some questions about the tool:

    * Is it possible to make wireshark capture SS7 trace on the A
interface (E1)? i am not talking about A signalling over IP but
normal TDM mode, maybe something like a converter from Eth-RJ45
(PC) to E1 (A-itf)!!don't know how it can be done?

See:

http://wiki.wireshark.org/CaptureSetup/SS7

    * How can i create a new custom column
(Preferences/Columns/New/Custom)? i mean the format of this column
for example i want to add a column to show the PCM/TS in the
Assignment Request message in all the trace (like Tektronix K15
      shortcut Shift+A)

I've never used custom columns, but I think you need to use the display
filter for the field you're interested (like "ip.src" or "mtp3.opc").
