No plugins loaded as 'root' user

I have build the whole 1.2.5 branch with my new plugin and it works perfectly when opening a capture-file made with the root user. Now I'm trying to do a live capture as the root user (sudo) but I noticed that no plugins are loaded. The plugins are loaded fine when I run wireshark as the same user that made the build. Do I have to install the plugins or wireshark somewhere so every user (including root) can run wireshark? Or do I have to copy the plugin-libraries manually to a directory?
