Hi All,

I have written a new wireshark dissector, I would like it to become part of standard wireshark package.
I would like to know the steps or process that needs to be followed for this.

The new dissector that I have created conforms to 3gpp2 spec available on
(http://www.3gpp2.org/public_html/Misc/X.P0059-200-0_v1.0_V&V_Due_7-December-2009.pdf).
Name of the Spec: X.P0059-200-0_v1.0_V&V_Due_7-December-2009 Section 9.1.1.2

Thanks,
Varun
