After adding a column with underscore the preferences will show two underscores, which is not what the user has entered 
(or got from the packet details entry).  We have to remove the double underscore, both in the Preferences -> Columns 
"Title" list and the packet list column header context menu item "Rename Column Title...".

When renaming the title, both from the Preferences -> Columns and the packet list column header context menu, the title 
is not escaped.
