using Tshark for RTCP packets

hi all 

i need to use tshark to extract RTCP packet and to be specific i need the information regarding jitter , delay , and 
packet loss and i need these information to be saved into files in a directory every 5 s 
iam really new to wireshark and i believe that u can help me
