Visit http://www.runningipv6.net/ [1] and have a look at
"Running IPv6" by Iljitsch van Beijnum.
Haven't read it myself, but I've
met the guy (IPv6 day in Amsterdam) and he seems very bright. 
The
reviews seem good too.
