Would that be the number of characters in the column heading or in the
contents for each frame? Thanks COL_MAX_LEN only specifies the limit for the maximum number of characters displayed in any given column (except for the info column, which is determined by COL_MAX_INFO_LEN). The maximum number of characters displayed for any given protocol field in the protocol details pane is specified by ITEM_LABEL_LENGTH, which is currently defined as 240 in epan/proto.h. ___________________________________________________________________________ Sent via: Wireshark-users mailing list <wireshark-users () wireshark org> Archives: http://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-users Unsubscribe: https://wireshark.org/mailman/options/wireshark-users mailto:wireshark-users-request () wireshark org?subject=unsubscribe
